I didn’t feel like I got what I paid for. The prices were already high, and once shipping was added, it felt even less worth it. The quality was just okay, nothing that made me feel like the cost made sense. I also kind of felt like a ticket number rather than a customer, which didn’t help. I expected better from 2BigFeet and probably won’t be ordering again.

I had a disappointing experience with my warranty claim through 2bigfeet.com. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do expect a company to stand behind what they sell. I had to keep checking in to get anywhere, and the response I finally got didn’t really solve the issue. For me, a warranty should actually provide some peace of mind after a purchase, but this one didn’t feel very helpful.

I was surprised by how many choices they had for bigger sizes. Most stores barely have anything decent, but I found a few styles I actually liked. I wear a size 15, so I was really hoping this site would have a decent selection. But most of what I found was either super basic or just not great-looking. My delivery was late again, and I didn’t get any real updates while I was waiting. I tried reaching out, but it felt like nobody even read my message. Super frustrating experience.

I went on 2BigFeet.com expecting to find a solid selection of big size shoes, but the brand options were way more limited than I thought they’d be?! A lot of the brands I normally buy just weren’t there, so I ended up leaving without ordering anything. disappointing

I don’t know why, but the product photos really don’t give me much confidence. It’s hard to tell the actual shape, color, or details of the shoes, and a few of the pictures look kind of outdated. I’d be nervous ordering from this site based on photos like that.

Had to do an exchange it was chill. No major issues or anything, got it sorted without a hassle.
